This Variable Fixture Gage is designed to check 2 models of left-hand and right-hand parts. Checking multiple features from parallelism, true position, depths, and sizes of bores.
We design and build standalone leak test fixtures, or fully automated leak test machines. We have experience with most leak test methodologies and will use the leak tester brand of your choice.
Our custom Roundness Gage Design has the capability to take 25,000 data points while spinning the part or gage head to give you a true Roundness measurement.
