Sterling is an ISO 9001 Certified company. Our Inspection Lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. We apply comprehensive quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Thus, by the time your product is in final inspection, every aspect has been thoroughly reviewed. Not only our inspection lab, but our entire facility is climate controlled!
Our Grinding Department is capable at holding your tightest tolerances. We specialize in OD/ID Grinding, Surface Grinding, honing and complete assembly of your most complex Fixtures and Gages.

Variable Fixture Gages
This Variable Fixture Gage is designed to check 2 models of left-hand and right-hand parts. Checking multiple features from parallelism, true position, depths, and sizes of bores.
Leak Test Fixtures
We design and build standalone leak test fixtures, or fully automated leak test machines. We have experience with most leak test methodologies and will use the leak tester brand of your choice.
Automatic Roundness Gages
Our custom Roundness Gage Design has the capability to take 25,000 data points while spinning the part or gage head to give you a true Roundness measurement.
